Here are a few Learn To Skate tips from USA Hockey!
- Session consist of 25 minutes of formal lessons and 25 minutes of supervised free skate
- At the end of each session, skaters will receive an evaluation form marking their progress
- Wear warm layers with freedom for movement, gloves or mittens and a helmet
- Securely tied skates have laces snug at ankle & allow for flexibility above ankle
