Utilize your baby or toddler’s body weight for resistance exercises as you strengthen your core and back muscles. Their 45-minute class focuses on form, breath work, and engaging activities for both you and your little one. Whether you’re six months postpartum or three years into motherhood, their welcoming Birmingham studio provides a safe space for all levels of yogis.
