If pony rides are on your little’s wish list, add Children’s Pony Ranch at Elizabeth Park in Trenton to your to visit list. The small business, makes big memories for kids.

The Children’s Pony Ranch is open for the season. Beginning June 14th guests can stop by the corral between 12pm and 7pm (weather permitting), Tuesdays through Sundays for $7 children’s pony rides (CASH ONLY) through the nature trail. Children, 100lbs and less, can ride on a pony that is held by an adult for a 15 minute loop trail walk. Parents/gaurdians can walk next to the horse during the ride.  In addition to riding a pony, guests can visit with other animals including donkeys, goats and a llama.

The Children’s Pony Ranch is currently open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 7pm until June 14th.

Located on Wayne County’s Elizabeth Park, the island has one way traffic and the Children’s Pony Ranch is located on the left hand side just before you reach the exit. There are dedicated parking spaces.

While you’re at Elizabeth Park you can also enjoy two playgrounds, boat watching along the river, multiple fishing locations, picturesque bridges to cross on walks or stop by for pictures and plenty of picnic spaces.
