Little Roots Play Cafe is officially open in Clarkston and offering a warm, intentional and unique community space. Combining open ended play with comfortable seating and space to work, Little Roots has created a place where families can thrive.
The play area is completely enclosed with seating along the wall allowing for parents to work, read or just drink their coffee hot – while still being able to keep a close eye on their little ones. With a focus on imaginative play Little Roots hosts four mini buildings where kids can pretend to be a grocer, firefighter, vet or anything else they can dream up. The large play area is also home to bikes, soft blocks, a lego table and so much more. With a separate gated area for the youngest explorers, everyone has a spot where they can play safely.
Open play is offered Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 12pm. Open play is split into two sessions with the morning session being from 8am to 12pm and the afternoon session begins at 1pm and ends at 5pm. Admission is $18 for the first child and $16 for each additional sibling. Walk in play is welcome, however online registration is highly encouraged. Grip socks are required and available for purchase if needed.
