What better way to celebrate National Trails Day than being outdoors on the West Bloomfield Trail? There will be naturalist on the trail to answer all of your questions or discuss what you discovered along the way. Free shirts are passed out between 8:00 am – 8:30 am at a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Meet and park at Walnut Creek Middle School for a walk along our scenic and historic rail-to-trail network ending at Sylvan Manor Park. The Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society will open the Orchard Lake Museum 9 am-12 pm located along the Trail to explore. No transportation provided. The distance you choose to walk one way is the distance you must walk back to your vehicle. The West Bloomfield Trail is 6.8 miles one way.
No pre-registration needed.
Must check in between 8-8:30 am to receive a shirt. Shirts are free and first come, first served, while supplies last.
