Start your week out on the right foot with a guided stroll through Valade Park and the Detroit Riverwalk. Participants will be guided through breathwork, meditation, and integrative movement as you walk through Valade Park and along the Riverfront. This class is for anyone who wants to incorporate some mindfulness into their day while enjoying some fresh air, movement, and community. Before or after the class, explore Winter at Valade and enjoy hot chocolate, bonfires, s’mores, and other festive winter fun!
Please note this class is fully outdoors and will involve walking on potentially snowy surfaces. Please dress accordingly for the weather. All ages welcome. Pre-registration encouraged.
