Football is for EVERYONE! Kids (girls and boys) ages 4 to 14 can hit the field to play football with NFL Flag. The popular youth league fills up quickly, so you’ll want to reserve your spot now for the fall season.

Whether you’re dreaming of the pros or simply want a real-life fantasy team, flag football is a great way for kids to experience America’s favorite sport. If you’re wondering whether football is for you, here’s what you want to know:

#1 Leagues for All Ages and Skills
Many parents don’t realize that girls and boys of all abilities and sizes can learn how to play football. It’s non-contact, inclusive, and easy to learn. Leagues are available for boys and girls, pre-k through 8th grade.

#2 Learn Life Lessons
Teamwork, leadership, communication, and sportsmanship are just some of the many lessons that NFL FLAG athletes across the country practice every season.

#3 Keeping Youth Sports Fun
The number one reason families love NFL FLAG? It’s fun! Flag football’s non-contact rule, combined with its team-oriented environment, makes it easy for kids to come together and play. That’s why all of the tournaments and leagues are designed with kids in mind.

#4 Experienced Staff
All NFL FLAG coaches must complete a health and safety training and a background check yearly. Additionally, staff  manage the officials to make sure the game is played fairly.

The NFL Flag fall season includes 7-practices (held before the game) and 6 games held on Saturdays or Sundays in a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. Teams are limited to 10-11 players to maximize playing time. This is a great program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. There are no try-outs and EVERYONE participates!

Participants receive an NFL FLAG reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep! All 32 NFL Clubs are represented! Registration ranges from $120 to $145 per session. The program relies on volunteer parents to coach the teams. Each team will have up to 3 volunteers assigned. Interested parents can volunteer during registration.

Pre-Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade divisions (Lombardi and Shula) will receive individual participation awards at the end of the season. Madden divisions (4th thru 8th grade) will participate in playoff games on the last day of the season – 1st and 2nd place teams will receive awards!

Kids ages 4 and 5 can also sign up for Touchdown For Tots! The 6 week season has 1 hour weekly sesions that focus on different skills and drills. After learning fundamentals, kids work on scrimmages. Participants will all receive a Touchdown for Tots participation t-shirt, a flag belt, and an end-of-season award, that is included in the registration cost. Touchdown For Tots is $80
