Mt. Brighton Resort is not just for the adults. It is inclusive to the whole family! They offer lessons for both adults and children. No matter what level you are they will help you to get started and feel comfortable on the slopes. They also have two terrain parks you can hone your skills on before heading up the mountain. Mt Brighton offers rentals and has a $5 rental night. (Be sure to check their event page for the most up to date, dates and times.) You almost have to try skiing at that price.
Mt. Brighton has 24 conventional trails covering 130 acres, varying from beginner to expert. So you are sure to have fun! They also have a ski lift. Lift prices vary daily so make sure to check their website before heading out! No snow? No worries! Mt. Brighton makes synthetic snow to help the crazy Michigan weather out. All that skiing and snowboarding is a workout! Head to one of their two restaurants to grab food before heading back out to the slopes. Mt. Brighton also hosts a variety of events great for families. This month is their duct tape derby on the 11th. Another magnificent event is their weekly Sunday s’mores! Take a break from the slopes and make tasty s’mores! They also have two restaurants you can enjoy.
