Bandemer Park – Ann Arbor


Bandemer Park is a 38 acre natural area and park along the Huron River, west of the Argo Pond. View the Ann Arbor Parks and Natural Areas map for location context. The park has two main entrances with parking lots available at each. Bandemer Park features paved and unpaved trails through the main body of the park, restrooms, benches, accessible canoe dock, fishing dock, disc golf course, shelter, picnic areas, and grills.

Civic Center Park – Auburn Hills


Civic Center Park offers a wealth of natural beauty and includes nature trails, a fishing pond, and open lawn areas for picnics and outings. Open year-round, the park also has a softball field, a nine hole disc golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, and two play structures with swings.

Mary Beth Doyle Park – Ann Arbor


Mary Beth Doyle Park is a large 85-acre park on the south side of Ann Arbor. It is located to the south of Packard Street, between Stone School Road and Platt Road. View the Ann Arbor Parks and Nature Areas Map for location context. The park was called Brown Park until 2006, which is a name you could still find online and in old articles. A mix of amenities can be found at the park including a playground, a basketball court, a disc golf course, a wooded nature area and a large wetland area with native flowers. The disc golf course​ is 18 holes and is a very popular attraction.

Freedom Park – Canton


Canton’s Freedom park includes an athletic field, disc golf course, pickleball courts and a playground.

Bay Court Park – Clarkston


Bay Court Park is a wonderful historic landmark featuring a community built playground, a walking trail (1/4 mile), a 9 hole disc golf course, 2 picnic shelters, 1 gazebo, an indoor room with warming kitchen and restroom facilities, and historic Brady Lodge. ALL Bay Court amenities are handicap accessible, including the Beach Front; however the Disc Golf Course and Walking Trail are located on rough terrain. Handicap parking is available at the Lakeview room and playground.

Hudson Mills Metropark – Dexter


Discover the best of the Huron River at Hudson Mills Metropark. This park features some of the most picturesque spots on the Huron and is popular with anglers, hikers and paddlers alike. Spend your day navigating the greens of the 18-hole, par-71 golf course or spin by to play two 24-hole disc golf courses. Hikers and bikers have access to well-maintained trails that connect to downtown Dexter and sports enthusiasts will find plenty of space to play ball.

Founders Sports Park – Farmington Hills


Founders Sports Park is a 101-acre park with a variety of active recreation facilities including 6 soccer fields, 8 baseball/softball fields, 4 sand volleyball courts, 2 half-court basketball courts, 1 bocce ball court, disc golf course, Riley Skatepark and fishing pier and 1 shuffle board court.

Kensington Metro Park – Milford


Kensington Metropark offers 4,481 acres of wooded, hilly terrain surrounding beautiful Kent Lake and is home to an abundance of wildlife and waterfowl. Come enjoy a multitude of recreation opportunities throughout the year, from biking and boating to cross-country skiing and ice fishing. Take a swim at one of our beaches; get soaked at the Splash ‘n’ Blast; or just spend the day fishing, hiking or picnicking along the water. Take a tour aboard the Island Queen; hit the tees for a round of golf; or spin through a game of disc golf. In winter, enjoy a day flying down a sledding hill.

Willow Metropark – New Boston

Cass Benton Hills Disc Golf Course – Northville


Cass Benton, one of the oldest and more hilly areas of Hines Park, has been popular since the 1920’s when it was gifted to the Park Trustees by Cassius Benton, a former Wayne County Road Commissioner.

This park area is nestled under some of the largest beech and oak trees. It offers a park shelter, which can hold over 100 people and a play structure, and restroom.

The historic comfort station is a beautiful Tudor structure with slate-covered gables and oak lintels. During the winter months, Cass Benton hill is very popular spot for sledding. There is also an 18 hole disc golf course at Cass Benton Park.

Starr-Jaycee Park – Royal Oak


Starr Jaycee Park features two playstrucutres including a large forest themed playset. The real star of Starr-Jaycee Park is Great Lakes Streamers FREE mini train rides that are offered on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month from 12pm to 4pm

Wagner Park – Royal Oak


Wagner Park is home to two playgrounds, picnic areas and a disco golf course.

River Bends Park – Shelby Township


Shelby Township owns and maintains a disc golf course located within River Bends Park. Access the course from the park’s 22 Mile Road entrance at 5700 22 Mile Road. It is comprised of 27 holes, is free of charge and is open to all users during regular park hours. You must provide your discs for play. Any groups or persons operating a league must obtain a special use permit from the Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Department. Fees may apply.

Stony Creek Metropark – Shelby Township


Play one of the most challenging disc golf courses in Michigan at Stony Creek Metropark. The Buckhorn disc golf course offers two 18 hole courses of championship-level disc golf, complete with serene wetlands, tallgrass prairies, dense thickets and wooded fairways.

Firefighter Park – Troy



Firefighters Park offers a mix of open space and wooded areas with a section of the Rouge River running through the north end and along its east border. Amenities include nine soccer fields, a barrier-free play structure, ball diamond, eighteen-hole disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, picnic shelter, shore fishing, restrooms and concession stand operated during scheduled soccer games.

Memorial Park – Wyandotte


Memorial Park features a 9-hole disc golf course, baseball fields, a basketball court, walking paths and a playground.

Throw Shop (East) – Ypsilanti


The Ponds– set on a former ball golf course, this is always the driest course in Michigan. No flooding or mud, ever. Featuring long, more open holes with a very easy to walk landscape. Dual cement tee pads, lots of OB, and a challenging water hazard.

The Woods– (NEW for late 2024- Juniors’ Red tees layout uses 6 cement/12 grass tees to create a kid-friendly course with holes averaging only 205ft.) Features 6 new holes built by hand in 2019. A nice mix of deep woods, semi-wooded, and open holes, with some of the toughest holes in the area. Features back to back par 5’s from the long tees. Dual cement tees.
