Turtle Cove Family Aquatic Center (Belleville) – Closing Day September 1st

Find the ultimate relief from the warm, summer sun while having buckets of fun at Lower Huron Metropark’s Turtle Cove Family Aquatic Center. Zip down two waterslides, drift along a lazy river, get soaked under the 300-gallon dumping bucket, and wade into the zero-depth entry pool with lap lanes. The Grille serves food and beverages (outside food/beverages and coolers are not permitted).

Dunworth & Ford Woods Pool (Dearborn) – Closing Day September 1st

Dunworth pool features two large outdoor pools, including a children’s pool with spray park features. There is also a 14-foot launch tower with two slides—one open and the other enclosed—each with a run of over 100 feet. Ford Woods Pool also features an lap pool, zero-entry children’s pool with splash features and two large water slides.

Wayne County Aquatic Center (Detroit) – Closing Date August 24th

The Wayne County Family Aquatic Center sits on over 22,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped grounds. The waterpark features a zero depth entry Wave Pool, Children’s Splash Pad and two 23ft water slides that can be used with your body or a water tube.

Lake St. Clair Metropark (Harrison Township) – Closing Day September 1st

A 50-meter swimming pool features two water slides and areas for swimming. The waterslides have 120-foot-long flumes with a 17-foot vertical drop. There is also an inflatable obstacle course and climbing walls. While there is additional admission for the pool the Splash Pad and sand beach on Lake St. Clair are open to the public and the perfect place to be in the summer month.

Whoa Zone (Holly) – Closing Day September 1st

The WhoaZone at Heron Beach offers an action-packed floating ninja course that offers heart-pumping fun for those who like to slide, bounce and soar like never before.

Clements Circle (Livonia) – Closing Day September 1st

Clements Circle offers a standard pool with room to swim, slides and basketball for older kids and a zero-entry pool and splash pad for younger kids and adults who want to sit back and relax in the water.

  • Monday – Friday: 1 – 7pm
    • Monday – Thursday: 10am – 1pm reserved for Adult (18+) Lap Swim and two lanes for Swim Lessons
  • Saturday/Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

Red Oaks Waterpark (Madison Heights) – Closing Day September 1st

Red Oaks Waterpark features a wave-action pool; triple-flume waterslide; children’s water playground with 68 features; water play area for toddlers; and 990-foot long moving river with fitness walking program available. The wave pool, river ride, and children’s water playground are heated.

Willow Metropark Pool (New Boston) – Closing Day September 1st

Glide down the family waterslide, play a game of water basketball, enjoy the spray featured, or just soak in the zero-depth pool while your kids run through the water.

Water Warrior Island (Orion Township) – Closed for the season

Water Warrior Island is made up of a series of slides, runways, swings, jumping pillows, and bouncers all connected together. There is a great variety of different shapes, sizes and functions, making the activity exciting and entertaining for everyone. The island will challenge your abilities to climb, jump, balance, grip, and strength while maintaining the agility to bring out your inner warrior.

Kennedy Aquatic Center (Trenton) 

Take a trip to Trenton and cool off at their aquatic center! The zero-entry pool has splash features, a leisure and lap pool for experienced swimmers, and a massive water slide that everyone will love!

Troy Family Aquatic Center (Troy) – Closing Day September 1st

The Troy Family Aquatic Center features a main pool with a zero-depth edge, tube and body slides, a kiddie area with a waterfall, slide and splash pad, sand volleyball court and play area. 

  • Weekends August 2-31: 10:30am-7pm, Full park open
  • August 4 – 15: 10:30am – 7pm, Full Park Open
  • August 18-22: 12pm – 8pm, Main pool only
  • August 25 – 29: 12pm – 4pm, Main pool only

Waterford Oaks Wave Pool (Waterford) –Closed for the season

Feel like you’re a million miles away on a trip that’s close to home. Waterford Oaks’ Wave Pool is a summer must for metro Detroit families. The tropical wave pool is a great place to beat the heat and relax on inflatable tubes. Close to the shore there are palm trees and bubbler fountains. Kids will also enjoy the massive splash pad area featuring more than 30 interactive activities

Blue Heron Bay Spray Park (Whitmore Lake) – Closing Day September 1st

Blue Heron Bay Spray Park offers a summer oasis for families looking to make a splash. Center stage you’ll find the family zone tower with an orange kitty slide that is perfect for young kids and a 50-gallon dump bucket. The playset is surrounded by a water jet spider, water buckets, dragon spray rings and sprayers. Those looking for extra adventure, can get in line for two giant waterslides that are younger-kid friendly (you must be 42 inches or taller to ride).

Rolling Hills Water Park (Ypsilanti) – Closing Day September 1st

Float down the lazy river, catch a wave in the wave pool, or take a trip down one of our awesome water slides! The Activity Pool is popular with younger children due to its zero-depth entry, gentle bubbler, geysers, a waterfall and a kiddie slide for children under 45″ tall.
