The Discovery City Children’s Museum is now open and ready for you to explore! Let their imaginations run wild with tons of pretend play options and tiny towns. Discover treasure on the pirate ship complete with costumes and maps! Serve dinner in the restaurant, go fishing on the boat, grocery shopping at Sam’s Club or perform veterinarian checks at the animal hospital. And that’s just in the first room!
They also host a inside play structure. Dedicated under two area filled with age appropriate toys. Sensory area, giant water table, Lego area, and did someone say dinosaurs? You can design your own out of bones! There is also a pretend camping area complete with a ranger station, kayak, teepees, and pretend campfire! Pack a lunch and eat in their designated lunch area to make the day last longer.
The Discovery City Children’s Museum is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm-6pm, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 9am-4pm, Saturday 11am-4pm and Sunday’s 1pm-4pm. Weekend visit’s require reservations. Reserve your spot here. Admission is $7 per person. Children under 1 year old are free. They participate in Museums for all and the MAP Pass. EBT/WIC: $3 per person (up to 5 visitors per card).
