The creative and interactive art exhibit, Cranbrook on the Green is back for another season. Make your way through the 10-hole miniature golf course on the grounds of the museum, where each hole is uniquely designed by artists and designers. The playful course encourages creativity and imagination as players navigate sculptural obstacles, bold colors and inventive designs that transform a classic round of mini golf into an outdoor art experience.
The course is open from May 2nd to September 27th. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for members and Detroit residents and $8 for guests 12 and under and includes gallery admission inside the museum. Check-in for the course is located at Knoll Walkway immediately adjacent to Triton Pool. Open: 10am to 5pm (last tickets sold at 4:15pm)

Make It a Full Day on the Cranbrook Campus
One of the best parts about visiting Cranbrook Educational Community is that several incredible attractions are located within the same beautiful campus in Bloomfield Hills, making it easy to turn your mini golf outing into a full day of exploration.

Just steps from the course, you’ll find the stunning Cranbrook Gardens. These historic gardens feature winding paths, fountains, sculptures and seasonal blooms across 40 acres of landscaped grounds. Admission to the gardens is free, making it a perfect place for families to stroll, enjoy a picnic or let kids explore the open green spaces after their round of golf.

A short walk away is the family-favorite Cranbrook Institute of Science. The museum features interactive exhibits about space, dinosaurs, Michigan wildlife and the natural world. Kids can dig for fossils, explore hands-on science displays and learn about the wonders of the universe. The Institute is also home to a planetarium and rotating exhibits that make every visit a little different. FREE admission is also offered on the first Friday of each month.
