Stine Community Park is officially open for the season and is quickly becoming a must-visit destination for families looking to embrace the chilly months. With FREE open skating, affordable skate rentals, and festive themed nights, this is an easy addition to your winter bucket list.
A Perfect Spot for Family Winter Fun
The Rink features a beautiful ice pond and ribbon-style track, giving families plenty of space to skate, glide, and burn off that winter energy. Skaters are welcome to bring their own skates at no cost, making it an accessible, budget-friendly adventure for all ages.
Special Friday Theme Nights
To make winter even more exciting, The Rink hosts special themed nights every Friday from 6pm–9pm, including music, atmosphere, and extra fun for families:
- January 9: Disney Hits
- January 23: Decades Night
- February 13: Date Skate
- February 27: K-Pop Hits
Skate Rentals
If you need skates, rentals are available for a small fee:
- $3 per person (Troy Residents)
- $5 per person (Non-Residents)
- Children under 3: FREE rentals
- Cash & credit accepted

The Rink is open daily throughout the winter season:
- Monday–Thursday: 3pm–8pm
- Friday: 3pm–9pm
- Saturday: 11am–9pm
