Redford Township District Library
The highly anticipated Redford Township District Library remodel was well worth the wait and if you will want to visit. The whimsical layout will keep your kids busy as they explore the turf-covered play area, build a city with large blocks and – of course – find good books to read.
GoGrow (Canton)
When you need a break or a space to work with your kids, head to Go Grow in Canton. This playroom features a glass co-working space where you can work while keeping an eye on the kids. There is also a play structure, sound dampening walls, a designated baby space, sensory room, nursing room and reading nook.
Northwest Park (Novi)
Tucked away on 12 Mile Road, east of Napier, Northwest Park features a unique natural playground that gives kids a chance to play and explore on wood and stone structures. There’s plenty of seating for parents to watch from the sidelines and when you’re ready to move there’s a nearly half-mile walking trail through woods and a meadow. Address: 50635 Twelve Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48374
Stemville (Howell)
Stemville is one of the most engaging and peaceful indoor play spaces for kids and they now have THREE locations in metro Detroit. The flagship in Northville, a downtown Detroit location by Campus Martius and a new one in Howell. All three offer similar amenities but the Howell location has a dedicated party area!
