The City of Novi is moving forward with plans to open a new splash pad at Bosco Field in honor of the late Fox 2 meterologist Jessica Starr.
Jessica Starr was a Novi resident and mom of two when she died in 2018. To honor her memory and provide away for local families to make new memories together, her family developed a plan with the Novi Parks Foundation to build a new splash pad at Bosco Field that includes weather-themed features. After nearly two years of fundraising the plan is moving forward with an expected open date of 2024.
