Spring Into Wilson
Taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Spring Into Wilson celebrates the return of warmer weather and the continued transformation of Centennial Park into a destination built for families, play, and outdoor adventure. Kids can explore the park’s innovative playground spaces, enjoy community activities, and take part in a full day designed to get families outside and active together.
- If the River Could Sing poetry celebration. This annual program showcases the voices of the community, with more than 90 poetry submissions from both youth and adults. Winners will be announced during the event, and in a truly special touch, their poems will be printed onsite by Signal Return—giving guests the opportunity to take home a free commemorative print.
- Passport to the Park is an interactive guide that includes a map and a list of activities throughout the event. Complete the passport by visiting different stations and participating in activities, and earn a Ralph Wilson Park-inspired prize.
- Live Music & Food Trucks will also be on site to offer a festive atmosphere to keep you entertained all afternoon.
