Add some new titles to your summer reading list and check out books at the Southfield Public Library. The Children’s Department is incredible and there is a cool new playground across the parking lot.

Southfield has a lot of great parks but Bauervic Woods Park is perfect for summer because it’s shaded! Sit back and let the kids play without worrying about the sun. Other favorite playgrounds to check out are Inglenook (farm themed) and Freeway Park (new).
