There’s always something to do at the Toledo Zoo and during the holiday season you will want to make sure to plan a visit to experience the Lights Before Christmas. The sell-out holiday event is a can’t miss for families.
Bundle up and bring a stroller/wagon to enjoy more than one million lights and 200+ illuminated animal images throughout the Toledo Zoo. The Lights Before Christmas begins November 18th and runs EVERY DAY through December 31st. During these special evenings you can see the light show, enjoy live entertainment AND visit with Santa!
Other family fun includes the ice slide, carousel, and the Holly Jolly Express. Each activity is $3 per ride but you can purchase pass bundles for a discount.
Lights Before Christmas is open Mondays thru Thursdays from 3pm to 8pm (zoo closes at 9pm), Fridays thru Sundays from 3pm to 9pm (zoo closes at 10pm). Tickets are $26 for adults and $23 for kids ages 2 to 11, Toledo Zoo members can enjoy the event for free!
