Located in the heart of Birmingham, the Birmingham Family YMCA has proudly served the community for over 40 years. A fully equipped community facility, basic features include an indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art Wellness Center, full-service and family locker rooms, a full-sized gymnasium, racquetball court and an aerobics studio.

Child Watch provides complimentary care to members with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 10 years. Children may spend up to 2 hours in Child Watch while their parents are using the facility. Parents must remain in the YMCA.
