Plymouth Ice Festival (Plymouth)

  • Friday: 5pm to 10pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 10pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 6pm

Walk the streets of Plymouth while enjoying over 60 ice sculptures and daily demonstrations. Catch a $5 showing of Frozen at the Penn Theater, watch the Freezer Jam (fife and drum corps competition) and check out the return of the tubing run slide!

Shiver On The River (Detroit)

  • Saturday: 10am to 3pm

Friends of the Detroit River will host a FREE winter festival inside the Dossin Great Lakes Museum on Belle Isle with family fun, food and entertainment.

Downtown Trenton Winterfest (Trenton)

  • Saturday: 10am to 8pm

Take a trip Downriver for ice sculptures, live entertainment, outdoor activities and more!

WinterFest (Berkley)

  • Saturday: 12pm to 2pm

WinterFest is a FREE annual event designed to embrace the cold weather and celebrate Michigan’s winter season. It is a great event for whole family – all activities will be held outdoors and include ice sculptures, a petting farm, bouncers, and more!

Winter Blast (Royal Oak)

  • Friday: 4pm to 11pm
  • Saturday: 11am to 11pm
  • Sunday: 11am to 8pm

Head to Royal Oak for free ice skating, ice sculptures, zip lines, carnival rides and a new ninja course from Tree Runner, live entertainment, family activities and more!

World of Winter (Grand Rapids)

The World of Winter is a FREE outdoor festival that takes over downtown Grand Rapids’ parks every year. Bundle up and walk along the Grand River to find a variety of larger-than-life art installations, interactive ice activities, selfie stations and more! This is the Midwest’s LARGEST winter festival and it’s only 2 hours away.
