The mutli-million dollar investment project features a new children&#8217;s playground that opens this summer!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/metroparkstoledo.com\/explore-your-parks\/glass-city-metropark\/\" target=\"_blank\">Glass City Metropark&#8217;s<\/a> Grosbeak Discovery Play Area has its Grand Opening planned for Saturday, June 10th and we can&#8217;t wait. The native birds inspired playspace will feature a  41-foot-tall adventure tower with climbing nets and a covered circular slide, a child-friendly zip line, swings, hillside slides and stump climbs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other attractions at the park include a Mini-Maumee water play area and roller skating on <a href=\"https:\/\/metroparkstoledo.com\/features-and-rentals\/summer-at-the-ribbon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8216; The Ribbon&#8217;<\/a> an outdoor mixed-use skating trail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toledo Metoparks are FREE to visit and Glass City isn&#8217;t the only one to check out.
