If you’re anything like us, wooden parks bring back a nostalgia that just can’t be beat with the parks of today. Plus, they make any child feel like a king or queen of the playground! We went ahead and organized a list of ten of our favorite ones.

Fuller Park (Ann Arbor)

Fuller Park is a cute, fully wooden park that backs up to the woods with a very shaded area for kids to explore. There are tons of open ended play options. Build a stick fort, balance on logs, and test your skills. (Parent warning) if it has recently rained it will be very muddy so pack a change of clothes!
