Step into the fascinating world of nature and science with Explorers at Ford House—a thrilling educational program designed for curious minds aged six to ten. Through engaging activities and hands-on exploration, children delve into an array of captivating topics, uncovering the wonders of nature and science. Led by knowledgeable guides, this enriching experience ignites young imaginations, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the world around us. Join us as we embark on an adventure of discovery and learning!

For Explorers: Earth Day, children will enjoy a fun-filled nature-themed scavenger hunt and then make a special project to take home, all in honor of Earth Day on April 22.

Part of this program will take place outside, and the walk will be on both paved and unpaved paths. Please wear weather-appropriate clothes. In case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled, and tickets can be donated to Ford House Education endeavors or exchanged for another program.
