Mark your calendars and start making plans to see the Ford Fireworks in downtown Detroit this summer!

USA TODAY has nominated the Ford Fireworks as one of the Best Places to See Fireworks this summer. The Ford Fireworks, produced by The Parade Company, is recognized as one of the largest and most magnificent shows in America. The stunning summer show over the Detroit River is scheduled for Monday, June 24 at 10pm this summer.

The public can vote online daily for the Ford Fireworks “Best Place to See Fireworks here. The contest runs through May 13th.

As producers of the Ford Fireworks, The Parade Company selects the musical arrangement and works exclusively with Zambelli Fireworks to create the display made up of more than 10,000 pyrotechnic effects that are visible for miles along the Detroit River. This year’s show – themed “Color the Sky with Sunshine” – is once again free and open to the public with amazing views from Hart Plaza, Belle Isle, and beyond. Find the perfect spot along the Detroit Riverfront and watch the skyline light up for a spectacular summer night.

As a fundraiser for The Detroit Parade Company, you can purchase tickets for the Rooftop Viewing Party – tickets are $350 for adults and $125 for kids.
