What a year it has been. Celebrate the end of 2021 and welcome in 2022 at a New (and Noon) Year’s Eve celebrations with ball drops, firework displays, pool parties and more!
NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY AND BALLOON DROP
@ Rochester Play – 10am to 4pm
Noon Year’s Eve celebration with lots of treats, crafts, play, and of course our BALLOON DROP at noon.
@ Toledo Zoo – 11am to 1pm
Gather in the Main Plaza to enjoy crafts, an ice carving demo and an apple juice toast as you watch the ball rise at noon! Make your 2023 Re-ZOO-lutions and don’t miss your favorite animals enjoying their enrichment treats made possible through generous donations to our Giving Tree program.
@ Market Center Park, Southgate – 11:30am to 1pm
Ring in the New Year with Bluey, Bingo, and Spideran atNoon! Join us for a ping pong ball drop, balloon animals, goodie bags, and a juice toast!
@ Paradise Park, Novi – 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Family Bash tickets include1 game of laser tag each, homemade pizza buffet, unlimited soda, balloon drop (with amazing prizes), party hats and horns for each guest, and a coloring contest.
@ Beacon Park, Detroit – 1pm to 6pm
Young revelers can create free make-and-take 2023 calendars and New Year Bingo cards. And just before 6 p.m. the official countdown will crescendo with a light show, bubbles and noisemakers! This event is free and open to all, both indoors and outdoors, with limited capacity inside the heated Winter Lodge Tent.
@ Livonia Parks and Recreation – 4pm to 7pm
Register to enjoy the full range of swimming, arts and crafts, climbing wall, bounce houses, a balloon drop and more from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31! Registration required for ages 2 and older, but the fun is for the whole family.
@ Discovery Center of Macomb – 4pm to 9pm
FREE FUN FAMILY EVENT. STEAM activities, movie, popcorn, face painting(additional fee) and after a family fireworks show and ball drop
NEW YEAR’S EVE FAMILY NIGHT OUT
@ Troy Community Center – 5pm to 7:30pm
Close out 2022 with an inexpensive night out at TCC! Enjoy basketball, swimming, and more. Each child will receive a New Year’s goodie bag to take home (while supplies last).
HARRY POTTER HOLIDAY SKATE AND BALL DROP
@ Riley Skate Park, Farmington – 7:30pm
Ring in New Year’s Eve at Riley Park Ice Rink. Harry Potter and the Holiday Skate, 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. features a costume contest, 9 p.m. ball drop for young wizards, Knockturn Alley and more.
