The Rochester Avon Recreation Authority – aka RARA – is a powerhouse in the Rochester community. With a mission “to strengthen community through play”, the organization provides a multitude of opportunities for involvement.
The list is long (and keeps growing): summer camps, sports, special needs services, performing arts, fitness, arts, dances, indoor playscape, date nights, and more. RARA also organizes big community events like Tons of Trucks, Craft & Vendor Fairs, and Mom2Mom Sales.

fLipSpot Gymnastics and Cheer
fLipSpot Gymnastics and Cheer is a premier state-of-the-art gymnastics and tumbling facility that offers a wide variety of affordable gymnastics classes for children and adults of all ages. fLipSpot provides best services and is considered one of the best among its competitors.
Indoor Playscape
The playscape is open during RARA operating hours. This 3-level play structure has 3 slides, tunnels, obstacles, and more. A toddler area is separated for children under 3 years. The playscape can accomodate up to 50 guests. The playscape is for children under 12 years of age and socks must be worn. You must purchase a day pass (Res/$7 Non/$9) or punch pass to use the playscape. A day pass is for use of the Turf Fieldhouse and Playscape located at 500 E. Second St.
Turf Fieldhouse
The 10,000sqft Fieldhouse has 2 turf fields that are utilized for soccer, lacrosse, bocce ball, fitness classes, field hockey, and more. It is available for rent, parties, and open play.
Adaptive Services
Many of the programs can be found as adaptive services as well. Programs and activities include: bowling, basketball, judo, dance, performing arts, fitness, social engagement, special events, and scamp.
