Celebrate the Model T’s birthday with a ride in car that changed the world at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant on Sunday, September 25th. 

Celebrate the day when the first Model T rolled off the line at Piquette and enjoy free Model T rides, a vintage vehicle car show, live music, food & beverages, unique shopping, and fun and games for the kids! The first of 15 million Model Ts rolled off the production line in 1908 at Henry Ford’s original Detroit factory at 461 Piquette Avenue, launching Detroit as the Motor City and this weekend you can get a unique look at the local history.

Join the Model T Birthday Party on Sunday, September 25th between 10am to 5pm. Reserve your tickets online in advance. Admission is $10 for kids ages 5 to 17 and $17 for adults, kids 4 and under are free.

If you can’t make it this weekend, the Piquette Avenue Plant museum is open year from to the public on Wednesdays through Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
